The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Trust Act, 2020
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Trust Act, 2020 is a Provincial Legislation to regulate trusts in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It has repealed the Trust Act, 1882. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Trust Act, 2020 is made to ensure the regulation, monitoring and evaluations of the trusts, their registration process and affairs run by them within the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This Act is applicable in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa only.
