INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Khalid Zafar & Associates, a law firm led by Mr. Khalid Zafar. We specialize in corporate laws and have extensive experience in drafting, handling, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, both within Pakistan and internationally. Our clients include both domestic and international companies, and we have experience in handling multi-jurisdictional contractual transactions.

We assist companies, particularly startups, with structuring and advising on transactions related to investment and acquisition in Pakistan by foreign investors.
