The Al-Karam International Institute Act, 2021 was enacted for the establishment of The Al-Karam International institute in the private sector for the promotion of special studies and for matters ancillary thereto. This act prescribes various rules, statutes, regulation and functions of the said Institution. Some major functions include providing education, conferring and awarding degrees and providing career counselling and job search services to students and alumni etc. Under The Al-Karam International Institute Act, 2021, the institution shall be a corporate body consisting of the Patron, the Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor, members of the Senate, the Deans, the Chairman, the Principals and members of the Academic Council and such other officers as may be prescribed or any council, committee and any other body as the Authority comprising the Senate, the Syndicate and the Academic Council, may establish.
The Al-Karam International Institute Act, 2021 grants the Institution every type of academic, financial and administrative autonomy and states that the institution shall be open to all persons of either gender whatever religion, class, creed, race, color or domicile without any discrimination whatsoever.
