Rules of High Court [Instructions to Criminal Courts] Vol III
The Rules and Orders of the Lahore High Court, Lahore (Volume III) were made by Lahore High Court under Article 202 of Constitution of Pakistan, 1973. These Rules and Orders contain the Instructions to Criminal Courts. These provides the working hours of the Courts and the procedure of institution of proceeding, attendance of accused and prisoners in courts and procedure in inquiry and trail. These Rules gives power to various Criminal Courts for hearing, conducting or deciding a criminal proceeding, trial or appeal.
