The Medical Tribunal Act, 2020 is an act of the Parliament of Pakistan that aims to provide for the setting up of a special judicial tribunal to efficiently and expeditiously hear and decide disputes arising out of matters of the medical and health sectors in Pakistan. It is a federal statue and extends to all of Pakistan.

The Medical Tribunal Act, 2020 establishes the Medical Tribunal, which consists of a Chairman who has been a judge of a High Court and at least four members appointed by the Prime Minister of Pakistan upon nomination by the Chief Justice of Pakistan. The Tribunal has jurisdiction over offenses and appeals related to the actions of authorities formed to regulate different areas of the medical sector in Pakistan, such as the Pakistan Medical Commission, the Pakistan Health Research Council, the Unani, Ayurvedic and Homeopathic Practitioners Act, 1965 the Pharmacy Council, and any other law as may be notified. The Tribunal can also initiate proceedings on its own against any individual or institution that violates the laws under its jurisdiction. The act also provides for the procedure, powers, and functions of the Tribunal, the appointment and duties of the Registrar, the enforcement of the orders of the Tribunal, the appeal mechanism, the penalties for contempt of court, and other matters incidental to it.
