Limitation Act, 1908
This Act may be called the Limitation Act, 1908 and is enacted to consolidate and amend the law relating to the limitation of suits, appeals and certain applications to Courts. This Act provides that no legal proceeding shall be initiated after the expiration of time, which is given in the Act. The first schedule describes the limitation period for different suits.
