Classification of Goods and Services for Registration of Trade Mark
The countries, which are signatories of the Nice Agreement, have adopted a common classification of goods and services for the purpose of registration of Trademark. Each of the country is obliged to follow this Nice classification for the purpose of registration of such trademarks. Pakistan is not party to this classification but uses this classification for the same purpose as used by the signatories of this Agreement.
