The Punjab Transparency and Right to Information Rules, 2014
The Punjab Transparency and Right to Information Rules, 2014 were made in exercise of the power conferred under Section 19 of The Punjab Transparency and Right to Information Act, 2013. The rules lay down the criterion of appoint of public information officer; maintenance indexation and computerization. The Punjab Transparency and Right to Information Rules, 2014 lay the procedure of making application to the Commission (established under Punjab Transparency and Right to Information Act, 2013), procedure of internal review, functions and powers of Commission, meetings of Commissions and procedures thereunder.
