The Oaths Act, 1873
This Act may be called the Oaths Act, 1873 and is enacted to consolidate the law relating to judicial oath, affirmations and declarations and to repeal the law relating to official oaths, affirmations and declarations. It extends to the whole of Pakistan. This law states the authorities to administer oaths and affirmations and the persons by whom oaths and affirmation must be made.
