The Federal Government L and and Building (Recovery of Possession) Ordinance, 1965
This Act may be called The Federal Government L ands and Buildings [Recovery Of Possession] Ordinance, 1965. The Ordinance was promulgated in exercise of powers conferred by Article 29 Sub Clause 1 of the Constitution of Pakistan 1973 by the president. It extends to the whole of Pakistan and is enacted to provide the speedy recovery of possession of federal government l ands and buildings from outgoing lessee, licensees and unauthorized occupants.
