Rules of High Court [Superintendence and Control] Vol IV
The High Court Rules and Order (Volume IV) were made by the Lahore High Court under Article 202 of the Constitution of Pakistan, 1973. These Rules provide instructions on various matters connected with the supervision and control to sbe exercised by judicial officers generally over the ministerial establishments attached to their Courts, and by controlling officers over subordinate judicial officers. Presiding officer of the court to acquaint himself with the Rules and Orders of High Court and to exercise supervision over the Court staff. The Higher Courts inspect the sub-ordinate Courts on the parameters defined therein.
