Rules of High Court [Instructions to Civil Court] Vol I
The Rules and Orders of the Lahore High Court Lahore (Volume I) were made by Lahore High Court under Article 202 of Constitution of Pakistan, 1973 that provide instruction to the Civil Courts of Punjab. These Rules define jurisdiction of the Civil Courts and manner of appeal and revision. These Rules contain procedure of execution of decree and various classes of civil appellate courts in the Punjab.
