Punjab Revised Leave Rules, 1981
These rules may be called the Revised Leave Rules, 1981. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Civil Servants Act, 1974 the Governor is pleased to make these rules. They shall apply to all civil servants other than those who were employed before the first day of July, 1978 and opted not to be governed by the Revision of Leave Rules issued under the Finance Department’s Circular Letter on 5th November, 1978. The provisions of these Rules shall also be applicable in the case of civil servants of vocation department. These Rules regulates the procedure when a civil servant earn leave.
