Provincial Employees’ Social Security Ordinance, 1965
The Provincial Employees’ Social Security Ordinance, 1965 is applicable on the establishments specifically notified by the Provincial Governments. A notification was issued by the Government of Punjab on 18 July, 2003, wherein it was stated that the PESS shall be applicable on every organization whether industrial, commercial, agricultural or otherwise which has five or more employees.
