Prevention and Control of Human Trafficking Ordinance, 2002
Whereas the offences relating to traffic in human beings are incompatible with the dignity and worth of human beings and endanger the welfare of the individual, the family and community. Prevention and Control of Human Trafficking Ordinance, 2002 was enacted to provide effective measures to prevent the offences related to human trafficking and to protect and assist victims of such trafficking. It extends to the whole of Pakistan and came into force in October, 2002.
