Partnership Act, 1932
This Act may be called the Partnership Act, 1932 and is enacted to define and amend the law relating to partnership. It extends to the whole of Pakistan. This Act defines partnership and provides the procedure of registration and dissolution of a firm. It also defines the relation of partners with one another and with third party; the liability of a firm and its partners; and the status of a minor as partner of a firm.
