Modarba Companies and Modarba Rules, 1981
The Modaraba Companies and Modaraba Rules, 1981 were promulgated by the Federal Government in exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Modaraba Companies and Modaraba (Floatation and Control) Ordinance, 1980 (XXXI of 1980). Without prejudice to the powers, duties and functions conferred or imposed on the Registrar by the Modaraba Companies and Modaraba (Floatation and Control) Ordinance, 1980, the Modaraba Registrar (whose headquarters shall be at Islamabad) shall have such duties as are provided by the rules. An application for registration of a modaraba company shall be made to the Registrar in Form IX. Application shall be accompanied with such documents as are made compulsory by the rules.
