Amendments in Single Member Companies Rules, 2003
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan with the approval of the Federal Government made the following amendments in the Single Member Companies Rules, 2003 in exercise of the powers conferred by section 506 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 read with clause (b) of section 43 of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act, 1997. The amendments have been made in Rule 2, 3, 4, 7 & 11 and form Nos. S3, S4 & S5. Form No. S1 is omitted. Regulation Nos. 11, 13, 18, 20, 22, 25, 27, 28 and 34 are also amended. A new regulation No. 37 regarding the Dispute Resolution is also added in these Rules.
