The Environmental Tribunal Rules, 1999
The Environmental Tribunal Rules, 1999 are made under section 31 of the Pakistan Environmental Protection Act, 1997 read with clause (k) of sub-section (1) of section 6; and the Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency with the approval of the Federal Government.
