A lawyer shall be precise and specific while doing legal writing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Research Skills:<\/strong>\u00a0A lawyers should be able to find those laws, regulations and relevant case laws which apply to a specific matter, in order to provide the appropriate legal advice for their clients.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Analytical Skills:\u00a0<\/strong>A lawyer should be able to analyze the information, determine relevant facts and propose viable legal solutions in order resolve the problems and issues of the clients.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Speaking Skills:<\/strong>\u00a0A lawyer must be able to clearly and coherently present and explain his\/her case to judges, arbitrators, mediators, opposing parties and speak well on behalf of the clients.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Interpersonal Skills:<\/strong>\u00a0A lawyer should have good interpersonal skills in order to win the confidence of clients and shall build a trusting relationship so that clients shall feel comfortable enough to share personal information related to their cases.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Problem-Solving Attitude:<\/strong>\u00a0Good problem-solving skills is important for lawyers in order to prepare the best defense and recommendations for clients.
